Our first time offering these...solid carbon fiber knives.
The bad: carbon fiber does not hold an edge nearly as well as steel (so if you need edge retention but want the carbon fiber look, try one of our steel core/carbon fiber laminate knives.) These are only intended as a backup, or occasional light use. So why did I make them then? They looked like a fun project and I see other makers offering them(often for fairly high prices) so people are looking for them.
The good: They are extremely light weight, will never corrode, and our price on them is quite low.
Sizes are estimates, they could vary slightly (1/4" or so)
