Anodized aluminum tactical pen with tungsten carbide glass breaker. This is a chubby design with knurling which makes it easy to hold in a tactical situation. The pen tip is exposed by twisting, which I prefer.

I've personally been carrying one of these for around 8yrs. My opinion is it only functions mediocre as a pen...its a bit too thick to hold for long periods, but it would work good for defense or glass breaking. I clip one on my edc bag in case I need a pen or need to jab something. I wouldn't recommend it as a daily writer.
